We offer a wide range of spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, Hammam, Parenie, Moroccan steam Ritual and more. Our experienced therapists provide you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

All treatments are subject to availability, bookings on the day may be available.
However, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, and to secure your preferred date and time.

Our operating hours are
Monday to Sunday: 10am – 7pm

if your package includes spa access swimwear will be required.

For treatment only, we require you to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to check in.
For spa access only, we require you to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to check in.

Bathrobes, towels and flip flops are provided.

Treatments and spa access are available for over 18 only.

If you have a relevant medical condition this may affect the treatment available.
Please inform the spa prior to arrival to discuss options.

During pregnancy only suitable treatments can be provided, and can only booked with a specialised therapist.
Treatments can be provided between 12-35 weeks of pregnancy.

We have both double and single treatment room, if you have a preference please inform the spa prior to arrival, rooms are subject to availability.

The gender of the therapist is subject to availability, if you have a preference, please contact the spa in advance and we will try to accommodate.

We will happily accommodate, when possible, subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time, the remainder of the scheduled time will be provided.

Once a booking is confirmed it is non-refundable.
Exceptional circumstances may be taken into consideration.

We have a 48-hour reschedule policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you miss your appointment without contacting the spa, the appointment would be lost.
